摘要
研究了热处理对0Cr17Ni5Mo3钢显微组织和性能的影响。结果表明,固溶温度在一定范围内对拉伸、冲击性能的影响不明显;470℃时抗拉强度达最高值,在450℃附近时效出现回火脆性,冲击韧性处于低谷。
The effect of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of 0Cr17Ni5Mo3 steel was studied. It was shown that the mechanical properties were unconspicuous changing after solution treatment at different temperatures. The strength of the steel was highest when aging at 470℃.The tempered martensite embrittlement appeared at 450℃ i.e.,the impact toughness was the lowesies.
