On Techniques and Theories of Microbial Retting of Flax in South China Ⅴ. Pectinase Producing Conditions by Bacillus circulans A_6

摘要 为了开发亚麻酶法脱胶新技术,提高高效脱胶菌种A6产果胶酶的能力,对影响环状芽孢杆菌A6的产酶条件进行了研究.结果表明,A6菌的最佳产酶条件为亚麻茎粉7%,硫酸铵1%,磷酸氢二钾0.15%,pH7.5,温度35℃,菌龄24h,接种量5%,250mL三角瓶装液量70mL,摇瓶转速200r/min,产酶时间20h,果胶酶酶活高达7800U/mL,适合亚麻沤麻酶制剂的开发研究. In order to study techniques of enzyme-retting of flax and improve the ability of pectinase produced by Bacillus circulans A6,this paper is an attempt to study pectinase producing conditions by Bacillus circulans A6.The result shows that the optimum pectinase producing conditions are as follows: 7% flax stem power,1 % (NH4)2SO4, 0.15 % K2HPO4,pH 7.5,inoculum age 24 hours,inoculum amount 5 %, aeration 70 mL medium 250 mL flask, agitation speed 200 r/min.After cultivating for 20~24 hours, the highest pectinase activity is 7 800 U / mL.
