直接转矩控制在带式输送机电气传动中的应用研究 被引量:10

摘要 针对煤矿带式输送机电气传动装置的特点,提出了将基于直接转矩控制策略的变频调速技术应用到带式输送机电气传动控制系统上,介绍了直接转矩控制方案,并应用TMS320F2407组建了实验系统.实验结果证明,该控制方案启动转矩大,电流冲击小,启动速度非常平稳. According to the electric drive characteristics of of large belt conveyors in coal mine,a new technology of variable-frequency variable-speed based on direct torque control was applied in electric drive of belt conveyors.Introduced the control strategy and establishes its experimental system with TMS320F2407 chip.The result shows that this control strategy has many advantages such as small current impact, large starting torque and very smooth starting speed.
