邓小平是中国社会主义改革开放的总设计师,提出了发展中国特色资本主义"不争、不怕、不变"的原则。他按照"三个有利于"标准,阐述发展外资经济的必要性、发展私营经济的重要性和"一国两制"的战略意义。中国特色资本主义以坚持四项基本原则为前提和基础,是为中国特色社会主义发展服务的。邓小平中国特色资本主义观是邓小平中国特色社会主义理论的重要组成部分。中国特色资本主义的存在与发展不会削弱中国特色社会主义。

The existence and development of the capitalism with Chinese characteristics does not harm to the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
