罪刑法定原则不只是一个技术性的立法层面的问题,更是一种价值定位和文化选择的问题,只有站至社会文化的高度,才能洞悉其深刻的蕴涵。
The principle of crime legal is not only an issue of technique legislation, and even more an issue about the value localization and culture choice. Only from the view of social culture, we could know clearly the deep implication of the principle.
