随着我国高等职业教育实现跨越式的快速发展,其教育质量也越来越引起人们的思考和忧虑。是否能办出特色,是否能以就业为导向,已成为提高我国高职教育质量的关键所在。文章指出应按高职自身的特点定位其培养目标,探索多样化的培养模式,培养知识、能力、素质全面发展的人才,从而促进职业教育更好地满足劳动力市场的需要。

With the rapid development of vocational higher education in recent years, the quality of the education is arousing people's reflection and concern. The key of improving the quality of vocational higher education is that if it could be employment-oriented with its own characteristics. The paper points out that we should ste the training goals according to the characteristics of vocational higher education, explore diversified training patterns to cultivate comprehensively developed talents in the aspects of knowledge, competence and quality so that vocational education can better satisfy the needs of the job market.
