民办高等教育在划分的高教市场中应大有作为——兼与刘泽云同志商榷

A Great Development Prospective of Non-governmental Higher Education in the Segregated Higher Education Market

改革开放以来,民办高等教育在我国取得了一定的发展,构成了我国划分的高等教育市场不可或缺的重要组成部分。随着高等教育大众化的推进和《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》的颁布及实施,加之广大民众的"教育情结"等诸多有利因素的促动,我国应该采取积极措施加快民办高等教育的发展,使其在划分的高等教育市场中更好地承担起支撑和推动高等教育大众化的时代责任。

The non-governmental higher education in China has achieved a great development since the reform and opening up drive and it has become an indispensable section of China's segregated higher education market. This is due to some contributing factors, such as the progress o f China's mass higher education and the ratification and carrying out of the Non-governmental Education Promotion Act, the root-deep will and 'complex for education' among the founders of non-governmental higher education and mass. Therefore, more positive incentive policies and measurements should be taken to promote the development of non-governmental higher education so as to stand the time-demanded responsibility to conduct and accelerate the higher education massification progress in the segregated higher education market.
