创新能力的培养是研究生教育的核心内容,如何有效地培养研究生的创新能力,是衡量研究生教育成效的最高标准。但目前我国还存在诸多不利于研究生创新能力培养的因素。传统教育观念、滞后的教学体系、师资问题、僵化的人才管理模式和研究生待遇低等均影响着研究生创新能力的培养。

How to cultivate the innovative abilities of the graduates effectively is the core content in the graduate education and will be the highest standard to measure the performance of the graduate education as well. However, there are some disadvantageous factors, such as traditional education concepts, backward teaching systems, faculty issues, stiff pattern of talent management and the poor allowance for graduates, which will resist the cultivation of the innovative abilities of the graduates of China.
