摘要 目的 体外分离并培养人子宫内膜腺上皮细胞和基质细胞。方法 用酶解、二次滤网过滤、沉降等方法进行分离、纯化及培养 10例正常子宫内膜腺上皮细胞及基质细胞并传代 ,通过光镜进行形态学观察 ,用免疫细胞化学法进行细胞鉴定。结果  9例标本获得成功 ,基质细胞纯度可达 95 %以上 ,腺上皮细胞的纯度约为 90 % ,分离出的子宫内膜腺上皮细胞和基质细胞可以在体外进行增殖。结论 采用二次滤网过滤法可以分离得到纯度较高的内膜腺上皮细胞和基质细胞 ,这两种细胞均能在体外成活并传代。 Objective To isolate and culture stromal and glandular cell of human endometrium. Methods Stromal and glandular cells in 10 samples of human endometrium were isolated by using enzymolysis, two series of filters and sedimentation. These two types of cells were observed by a light microscopy and verified by immunocytochemical staining. Results The endometrial cell culture was successful in 9 of 10 endometrium samples. The purities of stromal cells and glandular epithelial cells were 95% and 90% respectively. Isolated endometrial gland and stromal cells were able to proliferate in vitro. Conclusion Endometrial gland and stromal cells have been successfully isolated by using two series of filters and successfully cultured and passaged in vitro.
