摘要
目的 探讨血管生成在宫颈癌发生、发展中的意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测 4 6例早期宫颈癌、5 8例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变 (CIN)Ⅲ及对照组宫颈 30例组织中微血管密度情况及血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的表达。结果 组织中微血管密度及血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的表达及在对照组宫颈组织、CINⅢ及早期宫颈癌组织中呈逐渐增高趋势 ,差异有显著性。在早期癌组织中 ,分化愈低 ,微血管密度值及VEGF的表达愈高 ,差异有显著性。结论 血管生成在宫颈鳞癌的发生和发展中起重要作用。
Objective To study the significance of angiogenesis on tumorgenesis and development in earlier squamous cell cervical carcinoma. Methods The tissue expressions of intratumor microvessel density and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were assayed by immunohistochemical staining in 46 earlier cervical carcinoma patients, 58 CIN Ⅲ patients and 30 control patients. Results Compared to control group, the tissue MVD was significantly higher in CIN Ⅲ, but significantly lower than earlier cervical carcinomas. In earlier cervical carcinoma, the lower the tissue differentiation was, the higher the expression of MVD and VEGF, and the difference was significant. There was a significantly higher VEGF in the advanced carcinoma than in the earlier one. There was significant correlation between VEGF expression and MVD in the earlier cervical carcinomas. Conclusion Angiogenesis is very important in the tumorgenesis and development of squamous cervical carcinoma.
