基底动脉及其分支的形态特点与基底动脉供血障碍的关系探讨

Relationship of branching characteristics of basilar artery to brain blood-supplying insufficiency

目的 探讨国人基底动脉分支和形态与脑供血障碍之间的相关性。方法 对 5 4例正常国人 (尸体 )脑基底动脉及其分支进行了观察和测定。结果和结论 发现基底动脉供血障碍同基底动脉的行程、基底动脉主干与其分支的管径比 ,基底动脉主干与其分支间的夹角大小 ,基底动脉分支的血流方向等结构特点密切相关。

Objective To explore the correlation between basilar artery branching and pattern and blood-supplying insufficiency in Chinese. Methods The basilar artery of 54 normal persons (corpse) were observed and measured. Results and Conclusion It is realized that brain blood-supplying insufficiency is related to the main part, branches and blood-flowing direction of the basilar artery.
