比较3种方法处理痰标本对结核杆菌分离率及药敏测定的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的 为了解 3种不同的处理痰标本的方法 ,对结核分枝杆菌分离率及药敏测定的影响。方法 我们采用同比的方法 ,对 10 0例结核病人的痰标本分别用 3种方法进行处理 ,而后进行分离培养和药敏试验。结果 在 10 0例肺结核的痰标本中 ,用 4 %NaOH处理后 ,分离率为 95 % ,用 6 %的H2 SO4处理后其分离率为 85 % ,用 3%的HCl处理后其阳性分离率为 85 % ,药敏测定的结果 3种方法相同。结论 用 4 %NaOH处理痰标本后结核分枝杆菌分离率显著高于用 3%HCl与 6 %H2 SO4处理痰标本的分离率 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而用 3%HCl与 6 %H2 SO4处理的痰标本 ,其阳性分离率无差异。 3种方法处理标本对药物的敏感性无影响。 Objective To explore three methods for treating sputum samples, which influence on the separation rate of TB and drug sensitive test(DST). Methods Sputum samples of 100 TB patients were treated, and then the different influences on positive separative rate of TB and DST were analysized. Results Among sputum samples of 100 TB patients, the separative rate was 95% when treated with 4% NaOH, 85% with 6%H 2SO 4, and 85% with 3%HCl. Conclusion The separative rate is much higher when the sputum treated with 4% NaOH than that of the other two methods . There is no dinstinct difference in the separative rate when treating the samples with 3%HCl or 6%H 2SO 4.
