The Principles of the Current Chinese Constitution and Its Fourth Amendment

现行宪法是 1982年颁布实施的。根据社会发展的现实对宪法的部分条款进行修改 ,使宪法规范反映变化了的社会现实 ,是保持宪法权威的必要之举。 2 0 0 4年的第四个宪法修正案是在遵循现行宪法原理下制定的 ,它的通过使宪法的原理得到进一步完善。

The current Chinese Constitution was promulgated and took effect in 1982. The amendment of some articles based on the reality of social development enables the Constitution to follow up the changed society. It is a necessary step to maintain its authority. The fourth amendment of the Constitution has been worked out by adhering completely to the principles of the Constitution and makes them towards perfection.
