摘要
简要介绍《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》的主要内容;分析我国民办教育的现状;提出依法规范民办教育的措施:教育行政主管部门和其他相关部门应加大监管力度,坚决摒弃地方保护主义,提升民办教育的质量。
in this paper, primary contents of the P.R.C. law for promoting private school have been introduced briefly. The current situations of Chinese private school have been analyzed, which includes poor teaching instrument, laggard ideology of run a school, pursuit for benefit and so like. Some measure that should be taked by governments to improve Chinese private school have been given in conclusion of this paper.
