摘要
分析了湟水流域水资源短缺的水环境状况,提出南水北调、发展节水型农业和节水型工业可彻底改善本区的水环境。
Shortage water environment conditions were analyzed in Huangshui watershed.It was offered that the conditions of short water might be improved thoroughly with transfering south water to north of China and development save water agriculture and industry.
