十年来晚清企业制度及其思想研究综述

A Summary of the Research of the Enterprise System and Thought in the Late Qing Dynasty in Recent Decade

近十年来,学术界从企业制度层面对晚清企业进行了多方面的研究,对晚清企业制度思想也作了总体、人物或群体的考察,探讨了官督商办股份制企业的制度特点,晚清公司制度思想,晚清人士的企业制度思想,晚清经济政策、经济法规与政企关系等问题。今后要加强对晚清企业制度的具体分析,扩大企业个案考察的范围,注重分析晚清企业制度思想的具体内容,打破单一评价尺度的束缚。

In the recent ten years academic circles make many-sided researches on the enterprises of the late Qing Dynasty from the enterprise system.Scholars studied the thought of the enterprises system in the late Qing Dynasty on the whole,from individual person and social groups,inquired into the characteristics of the government monitored and privately invested stock-enterprises,the thought of corporation system,the public thoughts of the enterprise system,the economic policy,the economic laws and regulations,and the relation between the government and the enterprises in the late Qing Dynasty.Henceforth,Researchers need to break the frame of single evaluating standard,to strengthen concrete analysis to the enterprise system,to expand the study scope of enterprises,to analyze the specific contents of the thoughts of enterprise system in the late Qing Dynasty.
