摘要
以浙农 117扦插苗为材料 ,采用水培法 ,进行茶树对铅的吸收与累积规律研究 ,结果表明 ,在铅处理下 ,茶树体内的铅含量分布为 :细根 >粗根 ,茎 >幼芽 >老叶 ;根部随着铅浓度的增加 ,地下部铅含量增加极显著 ,且与培养液中铅浓度成显著直线正相关 ,相关方程为 :y=771.9x- 974 .5 7,相关系数为 0 .976 6 ;当培养液中铅浓度在 0~ 2 0 0 mg/ L 变化范围时 ,地上部铅含量变化不显著 ,当培养液中铅浓度由 2 0 0升至 4 0 0 mg/ L 时 ,地上部铅含量变化极显著 ,增加量为 2 0 0 mg/ L 铅污染浓度的 2 .5倍 ;就地上部而言 ,幼芽中铅含量变化 .与水培液中铅浓度变化成极显著 ,相关系数 r为 0 .994 5 ;茶树对铅的吸收与根系环境中 p
Cultured with Hongland solution with lead, the absorption and accumulation of lead in tea plant were studied. The result showed that the sequence of lead concentration in tea plant is that absorbing roots> main root, stems> bud>old leaf; With increasing the solution lead , the lead content of tea roots increased significantly and was positively correlated to the solution lead concentration,and the correlation equation was y=771.9x-974.57 and the coefficient of correlation is 0.9766.However, when lead concentration is below 200mg/l,lead content is not significant against the solution lead concentration. But when the solution lead concentration changes from 200 to 400 mg/L, the lead content of aerial part is significantly correlated to the solution lead concentration and the coefficient of correlation is 0.9945. The lead absorbed in to tea plant was correlated to pH in the root environment.
