The Medium and Small Enterprises (MSEs) have become an important component of the market economy of socialism,and do a great deal of contribution to national economy. But the difficulties of financing have hampered the development of the Medium and Small Enterprises. At present,the Medium and Small Enterprises have been becoming more important in china.Therefore,effective measures should be taken into account to accelerate the development of the Medium and Small Enterprises.
