摘要
本文提出了金刚石圆锯片基体微变形淬火工艺设计原理,研究了65Mn钢制造的基体微变形淬火工艺。结果表明,65Mn钢金刚石圆锯片基体采用800℃~830℃加热保温后油冷至约300℃,于压床加压冷却可得小变形量(平面度≤1.15mm)。指出控制基体出油温度(~300℃)及其在压床加压前的温度≥Ms点(270℃)是获得优良效果的关键。
A principle is proposed about the micro deformation quenching of diamond impregnated circular saw matrix. The quenching process of steel 65Mn matrix is studied. It is shown that micro deformation (planeness≤1.15 mm) can be achieved through the following steps: heating and insulation at 800 ℃~830 ℃ and cooling to 300 ℃ in oil, then pressure cooling to room temperature. The key factors are to control the temperature (300 ℃) taken out the saw matrix from the oil and the temperature ≥M s point(270 ℃) before puting the press.
