摘要
电力电子技术发展的主要趋势之一是高频化,而谐振软开关技术是实现高频化的有效途径。本文以较有研究价值的结实型谐振直流环节作为研究对象,讨论了其工作原理、工作状态分析和控制特性,并结合逆变器负载对整个结实型谐振直流环节几种有效的控制策略作了研究,最后以单相结实型谐振直流环节逆变器为对象进行了仿真,验证了理论分析结果。
High frequency is one of the main trends of development in power electronics.Resonant soft switch technology is an effective way of achieving high frequency.This paper focuses on the rugged resonant DC link which has a greater research value.Its operation principle,state analysis and controlling characteristics are fully discussed.Some effective controlling strategies relating to the rugged resonant DC link inverter are also studied.A simulation test was carried out by means of the single phase rugged resonant DC link inverter and the results of the study have been proven by the simulation.
