摘要
正确测量零件的加工表面轮廓参数对分析机械零件的使用性能非常重要。本文讨论了在计算机辅助表面轮廓参数测量中采样参数的选择及提高测量精度的一些问题,介绍了一个加工表面轮廓参数的计算机辅助测量分析系统。该系统应用了实时数据处理和测量参数自适应调整技术,从而简化了输入操作,提高了测量的精度和可靠性。
The exact measurement of machined surface profile parameters is very important for assessing the functional behavior of components.In this paper,a computer aided analyzing system for determining the parameters of machined surface profiles is introduced and some problems in practice measurement of surface profile are discussed.In this system,the real time data processing and self adaptive measurement technique are applied.As a result,the input operation in measuring process is simplified and the accuracy and reliability of the measurement is increased.
