摘要
基于冷冻干燥机理分析,提出了瓶装物料冷冻干燥的二维数学模型,通过变换将移动界面条件固定(CMI法)后,采用二循环对称分裂法及Godunov差分法的组合对模型进行了求解。此解可以获得物料内部的温度分布及冷冻干燥速率。
The two dimensional mathematical model of freeze drying of material in a vial has been presented through analysis of theory.After the moving boundary condition fixed by transformation,two cycles symmetrical spitting method combined with Godunov difference method can solve the model.The temperature distribution inside material and freeze drying rate of material can be obtained.The influences of variables such as heat from the sides,the ratio of the radius of vial to the thickness of material and the freeze drying rate are studied.The mathematical model gives results in agreement with experimental results.
