微机在海关EDI中的应用

MICROCOMPUTER APPLICATION IN EDI FOR CUSTOMS

ＥＤＩ是现代计算机技术、通讯技术与处理业务相结合的产物，是集先进技术和科学管理于一体的新的贸易方式，是当前国际贸易发展的必然趋势。中国海关ＥＤＩ处于试用阶段，如何将微机应用于ＥＤＩ并将其实用化，是中国海关管理自动化面临的一个迫切问题，容奇海关比较成功地解决了这个问题。本文着重介绍其总体设计思想及实施方案。

EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is a new technology combining the application of the microcomputer with communications technology and business transactions. It is also a new way of trading which integrates advanced technology with scientific management and thus constitutes an inevitable trend in the development of international trade. EDI application in Chinese Customs is just at its early stage of development. Therefore, how to popularize the use the microcomputer in EDI is an urgent task facing the automated transactions of the Chinese Customs. The Rongqi Customs has solved the problem rather successfully. The present paper introduces the design and implementation schemes of the EDI system as applied at the Rongqi Customs.
