摘要
运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对我国国有商业银行的人力资源效率进行测度,得出了国有商业银行人力资源效率的相对有效性评价,同时结合Malmquist指数和因子分析对我国国有商业银行人力资源效率进行了综合分析,为提升我国国有商业银行人力资源效率水平提供了更为全面的参考信息.
This article, using the method of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), calculates the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency for human resources of the state|owned commercial banks in China. And then, combining with Malmquist index and factor analysis, it studies the human resources efficiency of these banks, for the purpose of providing a complete referential information to them to improve their human resources efficiency.
