摘要
本文探讨了基质对新几内亚凤仙 (Impatienshawkeri)和苏丹凤仙 (ImpatienssultaniiHook)扦插繁殖的影响 ,结果表明 :①对新几内亚凤仙而言 ,基质中蛭石含量在 2 5 %以上时 ,有利于插穗生根 ;当泥炭、蛭石、珍珠岩含量比为 2 :1:1时 ,最有利于生根成活。②对苏丹凤仙而言 ,基质中的泥炭 ,有利于愈伤生根 ;在泥炭含量一定的情况下 ,蛭石含量越高 ,生根越好 ;当泥炭、蛭石、珍珠岩含量比为 5 :4 :1时 ,生根率最高。
In this paper the influence of media on Impatiens hawkeri and Impatiens sultanii Hook cutting propagation was studied. The results indicated: ① the rooting rates of Impatiens hawkeri were higher when the content of vermiculite in the media is more than 25 percent, and the rooting rate of the cutting media of peat:vermiculite:pearlite (2:1:1) was highest; ②the peat in the media is beneficial to rooting of the Impatiens sultanii Hook. The more vermiculite in the media with same level of peat, the better rooting was achieved, and the best cutting media is of peat:vermiculite: pearlite (5:4:1).
