植物胚状体发生过程中主要代谢产物变化动态研究进展 被引量：15

摘要 从植物胚状体形成过程中生理生化变化角度 ,综述了国内外尤其是近 2 0年来该方面的最新研究进展。重点论述了该过程中的碳水化合物含量、氨基酸、蛋白质、核酸、植物激素、酶活性等与胚状体的发生发育关系密切的主要代谢物质的动态变化及其对胚状体发生的影响。对胚状体形成过程中生理生化变化研究前景做了展望 。
