干旱和氮素交互作用对玉米叶片水势、气孔导度及根部ABA与CTK合成的影响 被引量:19

Effect of Interaction of Drought and Nitrogen on Leaf Water Potential,Stomatal Conductance and ABA & ZR Synthesization in Maize

摘要 不同氮素条件下的玉米苗(西玉3号),进行干旱后复水处理。对玉米植株叶片水势,气孔导度和根系ABA,ZR的动态变化进行了研究,结果表明氮素增强了植物对干旱的敏感性,高浓度的CTK可保持气孔开张。适宜的处理,有利于提高植物的抗旱性。 Re-water after drought stress for maize seedling (Xiyu No.3) of different nitrogen. Different changes of leaf potential, stomatal conductance, and contents of ABA, ZR were researched in the root. It showed that nitrogen improves the sensitivity to drought, and high concentration of CTK promotes the stoma opening. Appropriate treatment is benefit to resist the drought stress on the maize.
