食品安全问题已成为一个世界性问题,受到世界各国的普遍关注,成为各国贸易保护的重要手段。农药是农产品污染的重要来源之一,农业部2001年4月启动的“无公害食品计划”促进了绿色环保农药的发展。

Food security is receiving more attention over the world in recent years and becoming an important protective measure in the international trade barrier. Pesticides were believed as one of the most important pollution sources in food production. 'Pollution-free Food Plan' proposed by Chinese Agricultural Ministry in April, 2000 greatly promoted the development of the environment-safe pesticides.
