摘要
根据中国船级社《船舶与海上设施法定检验规则》对固体散货船总纵强度的要求,将求解静水剪力极值转化为在一组约束条件下求线性泛函极值的问题,并用线性规划方法进行求解,从而得到了使船舶实际静水剪力最小、弯矩在设定拱垂范围内的各货舱每一轮装载量.为散货船的安全装载和航行提供了保障,减少了驾驶人员在实际工作中的盲目性,尤其是对大型老龄散货船具有更加实际的意义.
This paper, based on requirement of Ship and Facility at Sea Statutory Survey Code for bulk carrier's longitudinal strength, transforms the calculating method of the extreme values of actual still water shear force (SWSF) and bending moment (SWBM) into the calculation of linear functional extreme problem under a group of restricted conditions and solves it by the linear programming. Then, optimizing loading cargo weight of each hold and per turn is gained, which minimizes calculated SWSF and makes calculated SWBM in the range of advantaged hogging and sagging. This method not only ensures safe loading and navigation for bulk carrier, but also reduces the amount of calculation work and blindness of the deck officers. Especially it has more practical meaning for the large old bulk carrier.
