摘要
为了进一步提高低合金钢表面硬度、改善其耐磨性能,利用等离子体渗氮和物理气象沉积TiN硬质膜技术在SCM415低合金钢表面形成渗镀复合处理强化层.表面HV可达到2000,并且有良好的硬度梯度.利用金相、X射线衍射以及原子力显微镜研究复合处理层的微观组织和相结构,结果表明:TiN硬质膜与离子渗氮形成的化合物之间有非常好的界面结合,在干摩擦条件下磨损性能较低合金钢渗碳淬火、离子渗氮样品有显著改善.
In order to increase the surface hardness of low alloy steel and improve its wear resistance, a duplex-treatment of ion-nitriding and physical vapor deposition of TiN hard coating was successfully applied on the surface of low alloy steel SCM415. After treatment the surface hardness reached H_V2000. The microstructure and phase composition of the duplex treated coating were observed and analyzed by using X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscope. The experimental results shows that a good adhesion between TiN coating and compound layer created by ion-nitriding was observed, and the wear resistance was improved greatly compared with samples treated by carborizing and nitriding.
