生态省建设是在省域范围内以实施可持续发展为目标的发展模式。生态省建设对农业生态安全、资源安全及区域协调发展等有重要保障作用。目前,我国生态环境所面临的形势并不乐观,必须采取有效对策以保证生态省建设的顺利发展。

Building ecological province is the model of development which aims at implementing the strategy of sustainable development in a provincial region. Building ecological prorince will guarantee the safty of argricultural ecology and resources and the coordinated development of all regions. At present, China′s situation of ecological environment is not optimistic,we should take the effective measures to promote the development of building of ecological province.
