摘要
本文研究了一种金属氧化物固溶体与 Al(OH) 3的共混物对 PVC护套料的阻燃消烟性、物理机械性能、成型加工性、热稳定性以及 HCl释放量的影响。试验结果表明 :该共混物对 PVC具有高效的阻燃、消烟、降卤作用 ,2份固溶体代替 2份氧化锑可达到同样的阻燃消烟降卤效果 ,且综合性能优良 ,价格低廉。
The paper investigated the effect of a compound consisting of solid solution of a metal oxide and Al(OH)_3 on the PVC sheathing compound in terms of its flame retardancy, smoke suppression, physical and mechanical properties, processability, thermal stability and evolution of HCl. The rest results showed that this compound provided PVC with high flame retardancy, smoke suppression and halogen reduction performance. Two components of the solid solution may be substituted for two components of antimony oxide and the same result may be obtained. Besides, the resulting material has good general performance and low price.
