摘要
球头立铣刀铣削曲面时,刀具轴线与工件曲面法线之间的夹角对工件表面质量及刀具寿命有着重要影响,通过对球头铣刀刀具轴线和工件加工表面之间的倾角研究,提出了调整刀具和工件之间的加工倾角,有效改善切削条件的策略;通过高速铣削铝合金表面粗糙度的实验研究,获得了进给量、切削速度以及进给方向对高速铣削铝合金表面粗糙度的影响规律,对高速铣削参数以及刀具切削路径的优选具有一定的指导意义.
In machining process of vertical ball-end milling, the angle between the cutting tool axis and the normal of curved surface of workpiece is important to the surface quality of workpiece and the life of cutting tool. Through study of the inclination angle, adjusting this angle can improve the tool performance very efficiently; The feedrate, cutting speed and feed direction, are analyzed to see how them influence the surface roughness in high-speed ball-end milling AL-Alloy experiments, The experimental results also show that there is a definite significance to guide how to choose milling parameters and tool paths.
