摘要
针对零件尺寸测量对准准确度问题,依据数字图像处理理论,在利用模板匹配法分析图像的基础上,采用象素细分技术,实现对零件边缘的高准确度对准,其误差为0.2μm.
According to the measure precision problem of part dimension, the paper realizes the high position precision of part's edge by the way of pixel - subdivide, with the theory of digital image processing and the template -match. We obtain the position precision as high as 0.2μm.
