“科教兴延”是延安市委、市政府确定的宏伟的战略部署 ,实施“科教兴延”战略 ,要充分解释“科学技术是第一生产力”,努力提高主导产业和资源开发的科技含量 ,切实把教育摆在优先发展的战略地位 ,深入挖掘人才资源 ,勇于探索 ,敢于实践 ,建立延安的科教创新体系 ,真正把措施落到实处。

To revitalize Yan'an by developing of science and education” is the grand strategic plan that Yan'an municipal Party committee and Yan'an municipal government have made.To implement the strategy,we should fully understand that “science and technology is the first productivity”,make great efforts to improve the scientific and technological content of leading industries and of resources development,and really put education in the strategic position of prior development.Also,we must make a thorough excavation of talent resourses,be daring to explore and bold in putting things into practice,and set up the innovative system of science and education so as to really fullfill all the measures.
