Hexie Management Pattern of Intangible Assets In the Uncertain Environment

摘要  通过无形资产的概念界定以及特征分析,利用和谐管理理论中和谐主题辨识,"和"与"和则"以及"谐"与"谐则"的方法论,剖析了对无形资产管理过程中不确定性的认知与消减,在超越传统无形资产管理瓶颈的基础上,探讨了无形资产载体的创造和创新能力的激发和环境营造,以及无形资产本体的管理。 After the concept of intangible assets is defined and its characteristics are analyzed,in terms of the motivation of creative and innovative abilities of agents on which intangible assets depend on, the construction of environment, and the management of intangible assets, Hexie (harmony) themes recognized and the methodologies of 'He', 'He Rules', 'Xie', and 'Xie Rules' are employed to analyze the cognition and reduction of uncertainty during the management of intangible assets. Hexie management pattern of intangible assets is explored and discussed beyond the conventional management dilemma of intangible assets.
