摘要
剖析了当前影响中国非营利组织发展的组织内部管理混乱,缺乏经济收入来源等自身因素,以及法律、法规不健全等外部环境因素,并通过借鉴西方发达国家非营利组织发展的先进经验,提出了建立促进中国非营利组织健康发展的适度监督管理机制、完善内部管理机制、扩大筹资渠道等相关建议。
In the paper are analyzed the internal factors including disorder of internal organizational management, and shortage of economic revenue sources, and external factors such as distempered rules and laws that currently keep back the normative development of non-profit organizations in China. After learning from the advanced experiences of non-profit organizations development in western developed countries, related suggestions are put forward on the establishment of the modest monitoring management mechanism for promoting the healthy development of non-profit organizations in China, perfecting the internal management mechanism, and widening the financing channel.
