Qian Xuesen puts forth that the Chinese people should innovate epitomizing wisdom and do good for the world. The 'epitomizing wisdom science' refers to a science 'to acquire wisdom through epitomizing' to lead the people to get intelligence and wisdom as quickly as possible and the ability to make innovations. The purpose of the 'epitomizing wisdom science' is to enable the people to rapidly make scientific, accurate, flexible and wise judgments and decisions and to make some discoveries and innovations when confronted with immense universe, mysterious micro world and the development of anfractuous events in the new century at very fast speed. After the serious reading and understanding of the 'epitomizing wisdom science' by Qian, the author wrote out a couplet: 'Dual Realizing Wisdom for Magnitude and Nature; A Genius of Consistency between Man and Universe', highly praising Qian′s scientific thinking.
