从必要性和可行性看陕西高等教育大众化

A Look at Popularization of Higher Education of Shaanxi from Viewpoints of Necessity and Feasibility

在分析陕西省情及其高等教育现状的基础上,认为陕西作为中国重要的高等教育基地,实现高等教育大众化是经济、社会发展和实施西部大开发战略的必然要求。根据研究,提出了毛入学率20%是陕西高等教育进入大众化阶段的最低标准,并论述了陕西高等教育大众化的必要性和可行性。

Based on the analysis of the situation and the status in quo of the higher education of Shaanxi Province, it is considered that in Shaanxi, as one of the important bases of higher education of China, the realization of the popularization of higher education is an inevitable requirement for the economic and social development and the implementation of the strategy for the development of western regions. From the study, it is proposed that the gross entrance ratio of 20% is the bottom criterion for the higher education of Shaanxi to enter into the stage of the popularization of higher education. In addition, the necessity and feasibility of the popularization of higher education of Shaanxi are dealt with.
