在社会转型期 ,随着我国行政改革的推进 ,已日益暴露出一系列行政伦理问题。这些问题在很大程度上是由于我们对行政伦理制度建设的重要性和作用认识不够所引发的。我们只有通过顺应人性的特点对行政伦理制度进行合理设计才能逐步解决这些问题 ,从而促进我国行政伦理建设的有利进行。

With the further development of China's administrative reform, a series of administrative ethnic problems appear in the transitional period. In fact, the problems are due to the ignorance about the importance of establishing the administrative ethnic system. Only can we solve these problems to promote the smooth development of administrative ethnic system through the reasonable designing of administrative ethnic system by conforming to human nature.
