作为现代新儒学的开启者 ,面对 2 0世纪初叶东西文化的剧烈冲突 ,西学东进 ,传统文化日趋瓦解。因“道德迷失”、“存在迷失”、“形上迷失”等诸多问题引起的危机 ,梁漱溟深感责任重大 ,这种神圣的责任感和强烈的忧国忧民的责任心使他义不容辞地投入到了当时的东西文化大讨论中。特别是他的“世界文化三期重现说” ,表明了他对传统文化的强烈眷恋之心和对全盘西化论者深恶痛绝之情 ,并以理性的视角深刻阐明了他的未来世界文化观。
