摘要
随着电力企业改革的不断深入,变革传统的企业文化,培育新型符合人性和时代要求的企业文化成为企业发展的必然要求。文章分析了电力企业文化创新的必要性,探讨了电力企业文化创新的几项重点工作,指出企业文化创新不但为企业管理创新提供理念依据,而且为企业凝聚人心提供理论支持。
As the reform deepens at electric power enterprises,it is of great necessity to transform the traditional corporate culture and create a new corporate culture in compliance with human nature and needs of new age.While reviewing the great necessity and several key points for creation of corporate culture,it is pointed out that the creation of coporate culture provides not only theoretical basis for updating management of enterprises but also theoretical support to the cohesion of popular feeling at enterprises.
