试论慢性肾功能衰竭正虚邪实之病机

Pathogenesis of Body Deficiency and Pathogenic Excess of Chronic Renal Failure

从病名、病因、病位、病性等方面阐述了慢性肾功能衰竭正虚邪实之病机。认为慢性肾功能衰竭当为中医之关格或虚劳 ;病因为先天不足 ,感受外邪 ;病位在脾肾 ,累及五脏 ;病性为虚实夹杂 ,寒热交错 ,既脾肾功能失常 ,水液代谢障碍 ,湿浊氮质潴留。同时正虚的演变一般遵循气虚→血虚→阳虚→阴虚→气血阴阳俱虚的规律。治疗时当以补脾肾、泄湿浊、解毒活血为原则。

This paper presents the pathogenesis of body deficiency and pathogenic excess from the perspectives of the name,cause,location and nature of chronic renal failure(CRF).It is argued that CRF is caused by exogenous factors based on weak constitution;that it is involved in the spleen and kidney and other organs as well;that its nature is complex body deficiency and pathogenic excess;its treatment focuses on nourishing spleen and kidney,draining dampness and turbidity,relieving toxin and activating blood.
