摘要
观察应用中药促进膝骨关节炎关节镜清理术后膝关节功能的恢复 ,75例患者采用关节镜下清理术配合中医药熏洗和内服治疗。结果 :随访 3～ 12个月 5 2例 ,优良率 76 9% ;随访 13～ 2 4个月 2 3例 ,优良率 65 2 %。提示中药配合关节镜清理术治疗膝骨关节炎疗效确切。
To observe the clinical efficacy of combined Chinese medicine and arthroscopic clearance in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,75 subjects were treated by arthroscopic clearance and Chinese medicines.Results:52 cases were surveyed between 3-12 months with the excellent rate of 76.9%;23 cases were surveyed between 13-24 months with the excellent rate of 65.2%.It is indicated that combined Chinese medicine and arthroscopic clearance has positive effects on knee osteoarthritis.
