灯盏花素对大鼠脑挫裂伤脑组织线粒体ATP酶活性及SOD和MDA水平的影响 被引量:14

摘要 探讨灯盏花素治疗对创伤性脑损伤后脑组织线粒体功能的影响。建立自由落体脑挫裂伤模型 ,伤后立即腹腔注射灯盏花素注射液 ,采用生化检测的方法分别测定伤后 4h、2 4h和 48h及各自的对照组大鼠脑组织线粒体ATP酶活性水平及SOD和MDA水平。结果 :颅脑损伤后大鼠脑组织线粒体Na+ K+ -ATP酶 ,Ca2 + -ATP酶 ,Mg2 + -ATP酶活性及SOD水平均明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,灯盏花素治疗后 2 4h和 48h脑组织线粒体ATP酶活性及SOD水平均高于各自时间点对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而MDA水平则明显低于各自对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :灯盏花素治疗可以通过影响线粒体功能而减轻创伤性脑损伤后的继发性脑损害 ,从而改善其预后。 To explore the therapeutic effects of erigeron breviscapus on the function of brain mitochondria after brain trauma in rats,the erigeron breviscapus was intraperitoneally given immediately after brain trauma by free-falling.The mitochondria was isolated at 4h,24h and 48h after trauma respectively,while the activity of ATPase and SOD and the content of MDA were measured.Results:The activity of ATPase and SOD was elevated and the content of MDA was reduced markedly in rats treated with erigeron breviscapus ( P <0.05);the activity of ATPase and the content of SOD at 24h and 48h were higher in treatment group than in control group ( P <0.05);while the content of MDA was lower in treatment group than in control group ( P <0.01).It is revealed that erigeron breviscapus can relieve brain injury.
