摘要
为探讨凉血解毒中药治疗银屑病的疗效 ,以小鼠尾部鳞片模型 ,观察凉血解毒汤 (主药 :生地黄、紫草、生槐花、大青叶等 )和复方青黛丸 (主药 :青黛、土茯苓、丹参、白芷等 )对表皮颗粒层鳞片数的影响。结果 :凉血解毒汤能诱导鼠尾表皮颗粒细胞的形成 ,并使颗粒细胞数增加 ,复方青黛丸的作用则不明显。提示凉血解毒中药对小鼠银屑病模型有较好的作用。
To explore the clinical efficacy of blood-cooling and toxin-relieving herbs in the treatment of psoriasis,the experimental psoriasis in mices tails was treated respectively by 'Liangxue Jiedu Decoction' and 'Fufang Qingdai Pill',and the number of scale in keratohyaline layer was observed.Results:'Liangxue Jiedu Decoction' could induce the production of epidermal granular cell and increase the cell in number,while 'Fufang Qingdai Pill' worked little on them.It is indicated that blood-cooling and toxin-relieving herbs have good effects on psoriasis.
