任何国家和民族的法治建设都要立足于本国的实际,不断借鉴和吸收人类法治文明的共同成果。法律移植是通往法治文明之路。我国要实现社会主义法治文明,同样要立足本国,放眼世界,不断加强国际间法律的交流与合作,移植其他国家或民族的优秀法律成果。

All countries and nations′construction of rule by law should be based upon facts. By constantly drawing lessons from and absorbing the human common civilization of rule by law,law transplant is the way to civilization of rule by law. In order to accomplish the socialist civilization of rule by law, we should base ouselves upon our countries′ facts, have the whole country in mind and the whole world in view and constantly enhance the international exchange and cooperation, and transplant others countries′ and nations′excellent achievenments of law.
