我国可再生能源法若干问题研究

On Some Problems of the Renewable Energy Law

发展可再生能源对实现我国国民经济可持续发展和环境保护有重要意义。我国可再生能源立法相对滞后,在现有立法宗旨上,只是简单地将之视为节能措施;另外,我国缺乏完善的可再生能源专项立法。我国完善可再生能源立法,应建立以可再生能源政策法为核心,与专项法相结合的完备的法律体系。

To develop the renewable energy is of great significance to the sustainable delelopment of our natioral economy and environmental protection. The legislation for the renewable energy in our country is lagging behind due to the fact that we simply view it as an energy-saving measure on the basis of the principle of the present law. In addition, we still lack perfect specific law for the renewable energy. For the perfection of the legislation, we should set up the perfect law system by taking the renewable energy policy law as the focus and combining the specific law with it.
