摘要
本文在对高校教师任务分类的基础上,提出了高校教师所面临任务的不对称性,并分析了教学任务考核评价的困难和科研任务的过分强化以及由此而带来的负面影响。最后提出高校教师任务的考核评价方式与激励措施。
The paper studies the non-symmetry tasks of the teachers in higher institutions and analyzes the difficult assessment of teaching tasks and overemphasis on the scientific research task which causes a lot of negative effects on the task classification of high school teachers. Then it poses the assessing ways and stimulating measures for high school teachers' tasks.
