摘要
分析了石化企业计量业务效益关键点,引入绩效管理的思想,使网络信息技术与石化企业业务流程模式进行有机结合,给出计量管理信息系统的设计及实施方案。
This article analyzed the key profit points of oil enterprise and introduced the idea of efficiency management, and combined the oil enterprise work mode with the net technology ,and gave the design and realization of the management system of oil enterprise in net environment.
